SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING HTML & TEXT EMAILS

Every month on this page you will find an html email and text email copy for a new special that you can send to your customers, plus a variety of graphics that you can include on your website.

For text emails, simply copy the text from this page and paste it right into your email to go out to your customers. The emails will include information about the offer, an expiration date, activation links to the offer, and the terms of the offer (faq).

For html emails (uses pictures), both the email page AND the faq page must be saved from your browser's save menu into separate folders on your computer. The email code will include information about the offer, an expiration date, and activation links to the offer and to the faq page. The faq page contains the terms of the offer. In regards to the can-spam law, it is crucial that your own unsubscribe information is provided in the email code as well as your physical address at the bottom of the message.

In making changes to the email text or html code, please ensure that:

  1. The expiration date of the offer is included.
  2. The links are unchanged. (These links are the only way you will earn commission from the promotions)
  3. The disclaimers regarding the offer, also known as the faqs, are included in the email html as a link.
  4. The unsubscribe instructions are included to be in compliance with the can-spam law.
  5. The physical address of your company.
